Where funds have been pre-purchased no refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

The following conditions will constitute a refund of 'funds' usable on the Design Quotes website.

1. Should any leads be purchased and shown to be fake, where the original submitter of lead information has no intention of seeking a service provider, funds used to purchase the information will be credited to the user's account.
