Binding agreements can get messy if the original contract was clearly written or didn’t include certain terms and conditions. Agreeing to a contract today could potentially turn out to be a complete nightmare in six months, just because one condition was missed.
When you are reviewing the contracts given to you by a web design provider use the checklist to make sure it covers everything it should.
